We tried a few new things with this tropical juggernaut, and we are extremely glad we did. For the malt bill, we added a huge dose of wheat to the malted and flaked oats, and rounded the whole thing out with a touch of honey malt for sweetness. Then, we hopped the living shit out of it with Strata, Comet, Nelson, and Sabro. The result is a straight-up magical hazy boi with notes of white grapefruit, tropical fruit, and white wine.
