Born as a nomadic project in Leeds, Beak produced many of its first beers at craft breweries across Yorkshire. One of those to lend its help in the early days was Northern Monk, who continue to be a huge source of inspiration for Beak.
An ode to our Leeds roots,
this DIPA was brewed in collaboration with our old friends at Northern Monk using a combination of Citra, Sabro and El Dorado hops. Hazy, fluffy and silky smooth with mushy, overripe flavours of mango, rum punch and berry pavlova.
