A banging Imperial Stout inspired by British Christmas cake. Brewed with Ceylon cinnamon, nutmeg, and aged on brandy-soaked raisins.
Taste: An overload of rich treacle and nutmeg, spicy brandy and marzipan, before rich plum jam and dark baked raisins come through lingering as the glass warms. Sweet malt and mixed spice jumps out followed by golden toasted oats and just a hint of dark fruits.
