Not only hops and malt go into our Helles, but above all the innovation of our master brewer, who gives this type of beer its extraordinary taste of spiciness and mildness. The light is brewed with bottom fermentation, fermented at 9°C and then stored for six weeks until final filtering. Already during bottling, the fine, sweet malt notes hit your nose.
