We've teamed up with Yakima Valley hop farmers Carpenter Ranches for this juicy and delicious New England style IPA. The hops used in this beer were hand selected by the expert growers then air freighted over to us for maximum freshness. We’ve used Citra, Satus & Ekuanot Cryo hops with a heavy focus on cold side additions. The flavour combination is out of this world, you can really taste the quality of ingredients.

This beer is part of a wider project by Yakima Chief connecting American hop growers with breweries across Europe to produce a series of beers that showcase the freshest and best US hops.
