Ingredients:
1 dry bread roll, 200-300 ml Weihenstephaner Original Helles or Festbier, 500 g ground meat (blend of beef and pork), 1 onion, 1 egg, salt, pepper, parsley, 1 tsp mustard
Place the roll into a dish and soak in as much Weihenstephaner Original Helles or Festbier as necessary to soften the roll.
