Bavarian Beer Burgers – Serves 2
Ingredients:
1 dry bread roll, 200-300 ml Weihenstephaner Original Helles or Festbier, 500 g ground meat (blend of beef and pork), 1 onion, 1 egg, salt, pepper, parsley, 1 tsp mustard
Place the roll into a dish and soak in as much Weihenstephaner Original Helles or Festbier as necessary to soften the roll. Then squeeze out the roll and add to the ground meat that has been prepared in a dish. Finely chop the onions and add to the ground meat.
