The mincemeat lends its warmly spiced dried fruit character, Crystal malts and rolled oats give it a satisfying pastry stout mouthfeel, while Chocolate and Brown malts give it a dark ruby colour and flavours of warm toast, liquorice, and silky smooth chocolate pinched from the Christmas tree.
