We’re chasing the joose on this one with our soft, sweet and creamy grist base making way for lashings of El Dorado and Columbus in the whirlpool for all things both watermelon candy sweet and dank. Fermented on London Ale III we’ve buried the ABV here and buried a double dry hop lashing of that banging Oregon Cascade, Mosaic and Idaho 7 we’ve been loving here of late.
The nose is a mixture of citrus and floral doing a dance with blueberries and white grape with a sprinkling of tropical stone fruit to round it out. It’s beautiful.
