A brand new series of 12 unique one-off seasonal brews telling the story of one year through beer.

It's hop harvest season, so in anticipation of this year's fresh batch, we're using this months Volumes to showcase Phantasm - a brand new, experimental hop blend featuring a natural ingredient derived from NZ Sauvignon Blanc grapes, which supercharges hop flavours. This blend ensures a massive amount of aromatics make it into the finished beer, providing an intense tropical profile.

A round and juicy IPA with Simcoe, Citra and Mosaic delivering through-the-roof lemon sherbet, orange pith and cotton candy berry aromas, with Simcoe's earthy, piney undertones.
