We welcomed our friends Tripping Animals all the way from Miami into the brewery to collaborate on a style we both know and love, a big fruit-forward DIPA.
The inspiration? To capture the sun-drenched spirit of Miami’s white beaches and tropical landscape. We’ve selected a blend of Motueka Cryo, Nelson Cryo and Strata T90 for luscious flavours of ripe guava, fresh strawberries, all complemented by refined hints of lychee and green grapes.
