Ahh Citra and Simcoe, where would we be without you? From that very first version we brewed way back in January 2018 for Chester Beer Awards that blew our collective minds, this hop combination has followed us right the way through - from DDH Pales all the way up to DIPAs on our dearly departed Originals range, all the way to today's Augment range, we genuinely struggle to find a more consistent hop pairing, which is why we'll always fall back to our first love. Uncanny Valley is Citra and Simcoe treated to all the tips, tricks and techniques we've learned over the last five and a half years as a brewery - our bespoke LA3 yeast strain is working its magic here, holding all that incredible flavour in suspension, meaning all those pineapple, mango, and papaya notes are working full blast.
