Barrel aged ale with Sea Lettuce, Samphire, Salty Fingers and lemon Barrel aged ale using a variety of sea based ingredients. This beer is a celebration of the British coast designed to evoke memories of seaside visits to windswept northern resorts or secluded coves in Dorset to observing beautiful turquoise seas in the Hebredies. The addition of lemon swings the beer towards a mineral heavy pet nat and the distant acetic acid notes add a chip shop vinegar note.
