Our DDH Pales are what we feel are one of our most underrated styles. Often getting lost amongst their bigger, brasher IPA and DIPA siblings, we really dig that we can pull all the flavour out of one of our bigger beers and drop it into a more sessionable strength. Trouble on Central, named for a track on our owner's chilled beats playlist for when he's designing our can labels, perfectly encapsulates everything we love about these suped-up, mega hoppy sessionable beers. Featuring an all-US hop bill of Mosaic in the whirlpool for just a hint of bitterness, and even more Mosaic, Simcoe and Amarillo in the dry hop, this is a beer that bursts with juicy tangerine, bubblegum and passionfruit a-plenty, all reeled back to an easygoing 5.5%. Perfect for the brighter weather on the horizon.
