Kees Triple IPA batch No2: a massively hopped beer, with a thick golden body of 9.5%. We used chinook and citra hops during our dry-hopping process. Chinook hop features a pine-like, spicy bouquet with robust flavors of grapefruit. And as yeast we used a Belgium White yeast, that gives the beer an extra spiciness.
The citra hop is a high alpha acid hop with a strong, yet smooth floral and citrus aroma and flavor.
