About 10 years ago we started developing Kill & Destroy. A mastodon of a Pale Ale with an Alcohol Volume of 18% and a bitterness of +- 300 IBU. When Sugawara San from Rio Brewing Company from Japan came to brew with us for one week, he thought it was a good idea to mature the K&D on Bourbon Barrels. The Kamikaze saw the light around 2014, its barrels have been in the tasting room for years and many photos taken by beer lovers, spread around the world.
