The VIP Remix - originally brewed back in 2020 as a trial for a core range recipe - is everything we love about those reeled back, slightly lower abv beers perfect for supping several of. Featuring an easygoing and laid back four-way hop bill of Vic Secret, Mosaic, Idaho 7 and Citra, added in gentle amounts each step of the way, this beer bursts with all the typical Polly's notes; berries, apricot, passionfruit and mango, but with pronounced pine and earthy notes to keep everything in check, and wrapped up in our signature LA3 yeast profile.
