Rum, Red Wine and Whisky oak barrels with dried fruit fermented with bittersweet cider, intensified with fully fermented ice cider and back sweetened with more ice cider and blended with old Herefordshire Redstreak and Foxwhelp cider. All fermented ambiently by wild yeasts.
Layered plum pudding and molasses on deep ripe red apple. Intense with slight acid lift.
