With Supersonic we aimed to test the limits of what a session IPA can be, focusing on maximising body and hop aroma.
We set out creating a beer that punches above its weight, utilising new & innovative hop products and methods.
The result is a big-bodied ale, packed full of mango, papaya, citrus and peach aromas...all at a sessionable 4.4%

This series of small-batch, untethered and diverse beers allows us to experiment with non-traditional brewing methods & ingredients to create layers of flavour, texture, body & mouthfeel.
