In 2025, Adam and Blaise from The French joined us in the barrel store and together we came up with a blend of amber and rye wild ales designed to pair perfectly with their menu.
Pouring a beautiful bright copper colour, this beer bursts with honey, bready malt and toffee apple notes. On the palate there's a fruity tartness that leads into marmalade on toast and soft woodiness. The complex golden malt character continues to develop and the beer finishes with refreshing acidity and dried orange peel.
