An arm of the brewery that we explored quite heavily last year; it feels like an age since we last brewed one of our DDH Pale Ales. A style we find packs all the flavour intensity and mouthfeel of their bigger and brasher siblings, The Feel Good Cold takes this mindset and runs with it - employing our holy trinity of Stateside smashers in Mosaic, Simcoe and Citra, and accentuating those incredible stonefruit, tropical and juicy notes that each impart by bringing a tickling of Vic Secret to the party. A less intense relative of its Australian counterpart Galaxy, this varietal brings an additional layer of pleasant earthiness, with just a hint of pine to boot. With our LA3 yeast strain doing its part, this is a 100% modern, hop forward pale ale.
