Brewed to honour the DIPArture of Production Manager, Roddy ‘The Rodster’ McPherson, for greener pastures. Roddy chose to brew this DIPA as his final beer with us, making it Mosaic-forward to allow the bold grapefruit and citrus characters to shine. Supported by Simcoe hops to add some dank pine notes on the finish. Cheers Roddy!
