THALIA - Strawberry & Hibiscus Sour - 5%
Thalia is a fruited sour brewed with wheat and oats. Helveticus bacteria was used to sour the beer, which was then fruited with 400kg of strawberry and 5kg of Hibiscus flowers. The resulting beer is a sweet & tart sour with a pink hue.
This beer is the third trio of The Graces (Hibiscus Series).
