It started with a beautiful clean bittersweet keeved cider from 2019, then a smooth low tannin 2018 Jonagold was blended in and then flavour layers from multiple barrel-aged batches were carefully added .
Complex flavours inside the bottle are matched by bold label art outside with an intricate paint-on-card effect on quality paper labels, reaching right around the bottle.
