Created as a dual release, Surrender showcases the characteristics of Southern Cross, a hop often flown under the radar compared to some of the other bigger name varietals.
Like Desire, Surrender highlights Southern Cross, but is blended with Citra to create a DIPA that effuses tropical notes of lime sherbet, melon, orange peel all with a sharp pine finish.
