The H, the O, the P the P the Y, the P, the E, the O the P L E. When Switzerland's Hoppy People visited us we turned a hefty malt bill and Simcoe Cryo, Idaho 7, Strata and Mosaic hops into a big fruit salad of a Double IPA. Remember, shooting arrows and drinking beer do not mix.
