Whilst travelling in Vermont we had the pleasure of drinking Edward by Hill Farmstead on draught a couple of times. It’s gorgeous, and on returning we set about to recreate a Verdant version to help us cut down the air miles! The blend of hops used is slightly more ‘old school’, but the result is a soft and easy drinking pale with a distinct dank, pine, and citrus character that really sets it apart.
