Timmermans Strawberry is made by adding natural strawberry juice to lambic. The foam persists well in the glass and the bubbles are very fine. Its fragrance is reminiscent of stewed strawberries.
Its fruit aromas are very remarkable, with a note of pineapple that we owe to the small green seeds that surround the strawberries.
Rich on the palate, the combination of fruit compote and apricot is very interesting, with a note of very refreshing acidity at the end of the tasting.
