We've \"pumped up the jam\" collaborating on this Fruited IPA.\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv class=\"ewa-rteLine\"\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv class=\"ewa-rteLine\"\u003eWe started this IPA with a smooth base of extra pale malt, wheat, naked oats, flaked oats and sprinkled Cryo Pop™ into the whirlpool, to elevate the flavours of the fruit additions. Both sour and sweet cherries balance and bring a gentle tartness, whilst half a tonne of organic strawberry puree at the end of fermentation brings the vibrant colour and that punch of jammy goodness.
