When some of your brewing heroes come to cook up a beer, it's time to bring out the big guns! Salopian are a huge influence on Polly's, and we were honoured when they told us they'd like to come back to North Wales and work with us again after the phenomenally successful Marches last year.
During the planning process we discovered our pals from Shoprshire had never brewed a sour beer, and immediately made it our mission to rectify this. Dry-hopped to the same hopping rate of one of our IPAs, Strange Addiction absolutely bursts with massive gooseberry notes thanks to its generous hop bill of Nelson and Citra.
