Split - Banana Split Imperial Black Ice Cream IPA
Split is an imperial black ice cream IPA with bananas inspired by the popular dessert. We used lots of oats and banana chips in the mash, added Peruvian cacao nibs to up the chocolate notes, a good amount of vanilla for that icecream sweetness, dry-hopped it with fruity Azacca hops and re-fermented it on even more banana to finish. Enjoy in a glass or over ice cream!
