The combination of a simple, traditional malt bill and Hallertau Mittelfruh and Tettnanger hops in the boil result in a comforting aroma of freshly baked bread with soft herbal, spicy notes. The maltiness is clean and refreshing on the palate giving way to some delicate yeast character and a long, clean finish.
