The combination of a simple, traditional malt bill and Hallertau Mittelfruh and Tettnanger hops in the boil result in the comforting aroma of freshly baked bread with soft herbal, spicy notes. The maltiness is clean and refreshing on the palate, giving way to some delicate yeast character and a long, clean finish.
