For this Patrons Society small-batch release, we’ve revisited some of our fruited sour IPA experiments from earlier in the year. Brewed with an IPA base and whirlpool hopped generously with Azacca, we added Seville and blood orange during fermentation for a tangy citrus lead. Finally, we conditioned on cinnamon and Madagascan vanilla for a rounding and complex spice character for this 7% sour IPA.
