CULTIVATE continues its path, heading further down Te Waipounamu to Southland, New Zealand’s southernmost region, where we find Garston Hops, the world's southernmost hop farm.
Garston-grown Motueka hops are dominated by lime, sweet orange and tropical fruit salad notes, complimented by a subtle white flower aroma. They strike a pleasing balance between sweetness and herbal undertones, with hints of grassy and light, earthy elements.
We’ve brewed an IPA doubled dry-hopped exclusively with Garston Motueka to showcase its deep, rich and intense expression. Heavy on oats and wheat, low on bitterness and fermented with our house hazy strain, it coats your palate with Aotearoa vibrancy and leaves a smooth, luxurious mouthfeel.
