This pale ale is brewed with a small amount of vienna malt and chit malt for subtle sweetness and a fluffy body. It is dry hopped with Azacca, Idaho-7 and Strata for a balance of sweet citrus and ripe tropical fruit and presented to you at a gentle ABV.
This is the progression of Fixer Upper. A small tweak to the water profile to help keep the body full at the lower abv. Vienna malt brings some light sweetness and chit malt pushes the body and texture further. Azacca leading on the dry hop bringing tropical fruit and sweet pear with Idaho 7 and Strata lending a hand with pineapple and dank lemon respectively.
