This beer is a particularly exciting release. The strongest ABV that To Øl have made to date: coming in at a whopping 20% 😱🤯.
We started the process by fermenting a simple base up to 12%, then freeze-concentrated the beer to bring the total ABV up to 20% ❄️ while also adding a generous helping of citrus to give it a tart, beautiful, Limoncello vibe
