Celebrating the return of the Something Good series with truly gorgeous DIPA action!
On top of a luscious oat-heavy body, we focused on maximum hop saturation through high survivable hops in the whirlpool - Centennial, Krush Lupomax, Mosaic BBC and Mosaic Dynaboost, and through a hop dip utilising Krush Hyperboost.
We paired this beautifully saturated base with a whopping 28G/L dry hop featuring Mosaic Cryo, Mosaic Hyperboost, Mosaic BBC, Mosaic T90, Simcoe Cryo, and Simcoe T90 with the dry hop load split pre-fermentation and post-fermentation.
