Another beer reimagined and this time an all-time favorite Clinging to a Rock gets the TIPA treatment. Somehow Still Clinging is quite faithful to the old DIPA recipe with one hop substitution: Vic Secret comes out and Galaxy takes its place. This brings more of a stone fruit and pear like quality to a beer that is charged with Citras strong red grapefruit peel, guava and cut grass along with Lorals lemony, floral goodness. The hoppy assault is layered over a soft base that is not overly sweet but has all of the fluffiness one wants in a TIPA.
