7% WEST COAST IPA
We’ve brewed up a duo of West Coast IPAS with our friends at Brew York; firstly, we visited them to brew ‘Thorny Eagle’, which was followed by a great evening in York, later described as ‘Some Friday, That’! This Westie opens with a tantalising bouquet of grapefruit and mango, followed by lemon and stone fruit across the palate. The mouthfeel is well rounded with a classic bitter west coast finish.
