We seem to have been through it non-stop since starting Polly’s - whether it’s been a name change, a pandemic, Brexit, war, or a cost of living crisis, this brewery has kept on keeping on during what seems to have been constant chaos since our inception. With that in mind, sometimes you’ve just got to take a step back, sit down and just crack a beer. Small Chaos is for those who need a break from the merry-go-round; a scaled back, easygoing, low bitterness, high juice pale ale. Utlising the freshest crop of Polly’s stalwart Simcoe, and one of the new darlings of the brewing scene in HBC 630 fresh from Yakima Chief’s hop breeding programme over in the States, this pale ale is positively bursting at the seams with sweet fruit notes, peaches, cherries, and mango, before mellowing out to a gentle bitterness to keep things in check.
