For an IPA, Sleepy Hollow has a medium to thick body, which carries forward citrus flavours of sweet orange and pink grapefruit. These are backed up with tropical notes of mango and pineapple, with a slight dankness and a moderately bitter finish.
As for the artwork, the can pictures the hops Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe, climbing an enchanting boulder problem in the North Yorkshire Moors called 'Sleepy Hollow'. The picturesque boulder hides in the forest with a tree emerging from within it. The iconic line traverses a sloping block with big slaps and technical footwork (for those who climb, it's pretty tough and graded 7c+ from a sit).
