
Classically light and delicate, with a low level of bitterness on the finish, Shangri-La is an effervescent, traditional saison brewed with the addition of a specially selected Taylors of Harrogate, second flush Darjeeling tea, grown slowly at high altitude in the foothills of the Himalayan Mountains. Fruity and spicy notes are complemented by complex and layered muscatel grape characteristics; floral, slightly nutty and subtly sweet.
