A field blend from the 2018 harvest, a mixture of fully ripe hand picked varieties with fruity, bright acidity from orchards fostered by Polly and Mat. Titled 'Seven' having come from their seventh tank.
Tropical fruits like pineapple with hints of vanilla spiced rum & a very soft astringency. Elegant bubbles, vibrant & fruit forward.
