IPA with Citra, Strata and Talus
When using Citra as the
foundation for our IPA's, we
look to feature hops alongside
it that will elevate flavour and
mesh nicely with Citra's punchy
tropical notes. Strata provides
that with overripe tropical fruit,
and hint of Talus softens to
create a supremely drinkable,
flavourful IPA.
