Select Pil is a single hopped pilsner, made with sweet Bamberger malt and hopped heavily with single varieties of German Hops.

This edition is single hopped with Petit Blanc. This is the first time this hop has been used in the UK, found while the hop growers parents were on a wine and cheese tasting holiday in france, Heady floral flavours of blossom and cherry. A smashable, bitter pilsner.
