The follow up we’ve been waiting to write. Second Edition builds on where First Edition left off, this time with Citra & Nectaron hops bringing the tropical and citrus character.
Second Edition is underpinned by a delicious grist of Vienna and Pilsner malt delivering a soft biscuity warmth.
Aromas and flavours are driven by the characteristics of two amazing modern hop varieties.
🥭 First up is Citra, the OG and responsible for huge zesty grapefruit and tropical mango notes.
🍑 Nectaron is the newer kid on the block, bringing as it’s name would suggest, stone fruit and nectarine notes.
Combined these two fruit forward hops work beautifully with the malt base to deliver an ultra drinkable pale at a perfect 3.8% ABV.
