The first in a seasonal variation on Faith, were we play with different yeasts and seasonal hops and turn everything up a few notches. This summer, we’ve brought in an English ale strain which leaves an extra residual sweetness and enhanced ripe tropical fruit esters which really enhance the double dry hop charge of Citra and Mosaic hops resulting in a smooth, juicy pale ale loaded with mango and lemon zest flavours.
