rates in a unique and idiosyncratic way. The fruit expression here is super bright
and uncomplicated, providing wonderful freshness of flavour, underpinned by a
juicy acidity. It provides all the elements you’d expect from a Champagne-based
drink too, with a dry backbone that offsets the fruit, crisp minerality and lively
