Crisp, clean, sweet and fruity with floral bubblegum aromatics evolving into citrus, banana, peach and apricot alongside delicate pepper, clove, almond, tart gooseberry and white grape.
Light and easy drinking, full flavoured and beautifully balanced; hazy yellow gold with tight white foam lacing the glass. A modest kick of bitterness precedes a long, tingling, lusciously fruity finish. Battenburg cake makes a surprisingly good pairing.
