Safe Changes, we’re going for that extra pale complexion using pilsner in place of pale along with wheat, oats and a touch of carapils. Hops wise we’re all tropical pineapple and gobstobbers on the nose flowing into the body with a nice bitterness to boot coming from 22g/L of Ekuanot, Azacca and Idaho 7 all playing well together.
